- Ingredients :
+For 40 cookies (20 portions):
°400 gm dark chocolate
°110 grams butter
°100 g flour
°2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
°2 pinch salt
°200 gm brown sugar
°1 teaspoon baking powder
°200gm chocolate chips
° 250g liquid-cream (30�t)
°2 tsp liquid vanilla
°6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- Directions :
+For the cake:
Melting chocolate with butter in double boiler, & leave to cool.
Beating eggs with sugar. Adding chocolate/butter mix.
Adding flour also baking powder also mix. Adding chocolate chips & blend again.
Leave the dough to rest for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Lay small mounds of cookie dough on parchment paper, using 2 tablespoons, and add a few chocolate chips to the dough.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
Beat all the ingredients for 2 minutes with an electric mixer, until the preparation doubles in volume: whole liquid cream, mascarpone, liquid vanilla and powdered sugar.
To collect cookies:
Once the cookies have cooled, apply the cream to the flat side of the cookie. Then cover it with a second cookie. 1 serving = 2 cookies with cream in the middle.
Repeat this process for all of your cookies.
